While our current senator opposes local leadership, Jesse will partner with our mayors to champion the needs of our towns and cities.

Jesse will put local communities first. Jesse will regularly meet with local elected officials and prioritize attending city and county council meetings, ensuring our local leaders have a voice in the decisions that affect their communities.

Tested in the real world. As a small business owner, Jesse understands the responsibilities and risks that come with operating a small business.

Cutting bureaucratic interference. Small businesses make up 99.4% of all businesses in Alabama. Jesse will champion legislation to cut tax burdens and eliminate government overreach, giving local entrepreneurs the freedom and opportunity to expand, create jobs, and power Northeast Alabama’s economy.

Proven economic record. As a dedicated board member of the Gadsden-Etowah Industrial Development Authority, Jesse actively worked to secure Minth Group’s historic $430 million investment at the former steel plant site. This landmark project will build a major industrial campus and deliver more than 1,300 high-paying jobs directly to Northeast Alabama.

Working together for good jobs. Northeast Alabama has a rich industrial heritage, but over the years, our communities have felt the impact of facility closures and job losses. To rebuild our economic foundation and bring major employers back to Northeast Alabama, we must leverage our ready industrial sites, streamline state regulations, and work directly with site selectors to deliver real, high-paying career opportunities for our people.

Championing local higher education & workforce skills. As a proud graduate of Gadsden State Community College and Jacksonville State University, Jesse understands the value of local institutions and will partner directly with Gadsden State to expand funding for technical programs that equip students with real-world, high-demand skills.

Modern, reliable infrastructure is essential to economic growth, connecting our local communities to regional markets, attracting new industry, and ensuring the safety and quality of life for every family in Northeast Alabama.

Jesse’s immediate infrastructure priorities:

• Extend I-759 in Gadsden to improve connectivity and support continued economic growth.
• Build an interstate interchange on I-59 connecting to the NEAR Megasite to attract investment, create jobs, and strengthen our region’s economic future.
• Make sure your tax dollars are working for you by prioritizing funding for the local roads and infrastructure our communities depend on every day.

Prioritizing fundamentals & academic excellence. Jesse will focus on core academic achievement in reading, math, science, history, and civics, while ensuring safe, disciplined learning environments that support strong teachers and give parents transparency and a voice in their child’s education.

Preparing students for the future. Jesse will champion state legislation that aligns high school education with real workforce demands by expanding hands-on trade training, requiring financial literacy, and building direct pipelines to local jobs, higher education, and military service.

Standing with veterans & supporting law enforcement. While the current Senator voted with Montgomery to silence Alabama’s veterans and backed legislation that threatened critical police funding, Jesse will stand firm with those who serve. He will fight to ensure our veterans’ sacrifices are honored and their voices heard in the State Capitol, while aggressively protecting municipal law enforcement resources so our officers have the tools they need to keep Northeast Alabama families safe.

Protecting family farms & expanding agricultural opportunities. Sustaining a family farm requires immense dedication and sacrifice. Jesse will fight in the State Legislature to defend property rights, reduce burdensome taxes, and eliminate unnecessary state red tape. By helping local producers manage rising input costs and expanding access to regional markets, he will ensure Northeast Alabama farmers can compete, grow, and safeguard our rural way of life for the next generation.

Protecting gun rights & defending against overreach. As an NRA member, proud gun owner, and lifelong outdoorsman, Jesse will stand firm in Montgomery against any state or federal efforts to erode our Second Amendment protections, safeguarding our rich hunting heritage while actively blocking unconstitutional mandates, invasive registries, and excessive government regulation.

Protecting women’s sports. As the father of a daughter, Jesse will stand up for basic fairness and common sense by protecting female athletes, ensuring sports remain fair, and keeping biological males out of women’s athletics.

Securing private spaces & defending Alabama law. Jesse will fight to keep women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, and private facilities safe and protected exclusively for biological females, standing firm against state or federal bureaucrats trying to weaken Alabama’s privacy and safety laws.

Enforcing voter ID & securing every legal vote. Drawing on his experience in the Alabama Secretary of State’s office, Jesse served on the front lines of election administration, enforcing the nation’s toughest voter ID laws and upholding zero-tolerance security standards to protect the integrity of the ballot box.

Standing firm for election integrity in Montgomery. Jesse will serve as an uncompromising voice in the State Senate for election integrity, fighting to maintain fair and transparent elections while blocking any efforts by state or federal bureaucrats to weaken Alabama’s voter ID protections.

Bringing our tax dollars back to Northeast Alabama. Jesse will stand toe-to-toe with Montgomery politicians to ensure our district receives its full share of state investment, bringing our hard-earned tax dollars home to strengthen local infrastructure, schools, and essential community services.

Putting working families first. Jesse will fight for full accountability in Montgomery, making sure our tax dollars focus directly on the real needs of everyday families.

Confronting mental health & addiction challenges. Jesse will stand with local leaders, providers, and first responders to address pressing mental health and addiction challenges head-on, fighting for resources that deliver real support to families across our area.

Lifting the burden off law enforcement & emergency rooms. Jesse will work to secure state funding for local mental health centers. By giving families proper care facilities, we keep our police on the streets and allow emergency rooms to focus on saving lives.

Protecting personal freedom & individual rights. Jesse knows Montgomery politicians shouldn’t be running our daily lives. He will serve as a strong line of defense against government overreach, protecting personal liberty and ensuring power stays where it belongs: with local citizens and their families, living free from state interference.

Preserving our outdoor heritage & waterways. District 10 is home to unmatched natural treasures, such as the Coosa River, Weiss Lake, Noccalula Falls, Little River Canyon, and Indian Mountain ATV Park. Jesse will defend our land, water, and conservation traditions, advocating for smart investments that promote outdoor recreation while keeping decisions in the hands of local communities rather than state bureaucrats.

Boosting local tourism & small business growth. Our parks, rivers, and trails are major economic engines for Etowah, Cherokee, and DeKalb counties. Jesse will advocate for smart state investments that market our outdoor destinations, draw visitors to our region, and fuel the local small businesses and communities that depend on tourism.

Freedom dies when government goes unchecked. Government overreach has no place in our lives, our churches, or our local communities. Jesse will stand as an uncompromising shield against state intrusion, fiercely protecting individual liberty and ensuring every citizen’s constitutional rights remain secure from government overreach.
